Postage and
packing for all UK Mainland orders is £4.95 for orders less than £25 in
value, and £5.95 for orders over £25 in value.

Most orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked delivery service and larger orders by Parcelforce or courier.

We aim to send out orders within 7 working days.

The glassware is in theory safe for the dishwasher, however we do not guarantee this as temperatures vary in different machines. Also any glass may become cloudy when used in dishwashers.

The hornware should be rinsed in warm water and dried immediately as it is a natural fibre it must not be soaked.

We recommend you use a glass or jam jar inside vases when arranging fresh flowers. This prevents any leaks and spoiling of the horn with the water & stem decomposition.

All our hand painted products nay be washed in warm soapy water and dried immediately.

Every item is finished with a heat resistant varnish, suitable for Mugs & Cups.

The table mats are heat resistant for food plates, but not oven proof.

Wood ware should be quickly rinsed in warm water, use soap only if necessary. Thoroughly dry afterwards and wipe with any cooking oil to feed the wood and retain its lustre.
