Delivery & Returns

ORDERING

Placing an order could not be easier. Simply browse our store and add items  wish to your shopping cart. Once you have finished your selection, simply click ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for the details we need to complete the order. If you make a mistake in your order and are unable to amend it in your shopping cart, please contact us and we will amend it for you.  When you place an order you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt.

P&P + DELIVERY

Postage and packing for all UK Mainland orders is £4.95 for orders less than £25 in value, and £5.95 for orders over £25 in value. Most orders are sent using Royal Mail and larger orders by Parcelforce or courier.

We aim to send out orders within 7 working days.

Express delivery can be arranged by directly contacting us. When we are busy with fairs this may not always be possible.

Any taxes or customs import charges applied to goods during delivery are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover import taxes.

All import taxes / custom charges are separate to delivery fees. 

PAYMENT

We use Shopify Payments and PayPal to process your payments. These both allow payment with all major Credit cards or Debit cards. Card information is always encrypted and not stored on our system.

RETURNS

If you are in anyway unhappy about your order, you can return it within 14 days for a credit or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition.  Please retain proof of purchase.

We recommend you use an insured tracking service.

We regret we do not offer free postage on returned goods. However we will refund your postage where goods are genuinely found to be faulty.
